30-day money-back guarantee. If Tuck Pro doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund your purchase in full. No questions asked.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your original purchase date. No reason is required.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@usetuck.com with:
- The email address you used to purchase
- Your order number or license key (if available)
That's it. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your Tuck Pro license key will be deactivated
- Pro features will no longer be available
- You can continue using Tuck Free with no restrictions
After 30 Days
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
